VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Dana Hiscock Vines (DOB 11/16/61), of Thousand Oaks, was recently arrested and charged with 18 counts of grand theft and a special allegation that the total theft exceeded $500,000.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Nelson Manuel Rivas (DOB 10/21/98), of Oxnard, has been sentenced to 5 years 8 months in prison for felony gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and driving under the influence of alcohol causing great bodily injury, for killing one juvenile female and causing severe injury to another.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that James Lewis Apodaca (DOB 07/18/67), of Oxnard, was sentenced by Judge Ryan Wright to 75 years to life in prison, plus six additional years for kidnapping with intent to commit rape, robbery, assault on a peace officer, and possession of methamphetamine.
