VENTURA, California – The Ventura County District Attorney’s Office is proud to recognize Supervising Investigator Terry Dobrosky for his recent honor as the 2022 Los Angeles Internet Crimes Against Children (LA-ICAC) Investigator of the Year.

VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that Sandra June Dillard (DOB 3/26/1982), of Ventura, has been charged in Ventura County Superior Court case number 2022024735 with the murder with special allegations for the death of Kelsey Dillon of Thousand Oaks. Dillard is charged with using a knife and a blunt object to kill Ms. Dillon.
