District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Edgar Vasilyan (DOB 03/20/83) and Hakob Mazlumyan (DOB 11/28/82) have pleaded guilty to multiple counts of identity theft related to their role in an ATM card skimming ring operating throughout California from 2010 to 2012.

District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that on January 9, 2013, Judge Kevin J. McGee sentenced Desiree Carson (DOB 01/07/1971), of Thousand Oaks, to seven years, eight months in prison following her guilty plea in August to nine felony counts of grand theft, forgery and tax evasion, and the aggravated white-collar crime enhancement.

District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Blair M. Stockdill (D.O.B. 7/11/85), of Ventura, was sentenced to 25 years to life in Patton State Hospital for the September 2010, first degree murder of her 8-year-old daughter, Alaina Stockdill.

District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Jacksonville, Florida-based title insurance company Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (“Fidelity National”) has entered into a settlement with California district attorneys in an unfair competition lawsuit regarding Fidelity’s “Transaction Point” real estate software system.

District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Andres Martinez (DOB: 10/20/56), of Thousand Oaks, was sentenced by Judge Brian J. Back to 25 years to life in prison. A jury convicted Martinez of two counts of child molestation on October 29, 2012.

District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that vehicular manslaughter charges have been filed against Christopher Michael Blankenship (DOB 11/24/67), of Santa Paula, for the unlawful killing of Kimberly Hemminger on July 22, 2012.

District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Vincent C. Bellucci (DOB 3/13/70), formerly of Thousand Oaks, has been sentenced to 365 days in jail for defrauding his former employer, Genworth Financial.

District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Ronda Ann Garcia (DOB 6/05/69), of Ventura, pleaded guilty to three felony counts of grand theft, forgery and filing a false income tax return in connection with a multi-year embezzlement scheme. Garcia also admitted a special allegation that she stole more than $500,000.
