District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Andrew Thomas Enriquez (DOB 4/25/1977), of Ventura, was sentenced to the maximum possible sentence of 14 years in prison for battering his girlfriend with a deadly weapon and causing great bodily injury to her.
District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Kevin Richard Graehl (DOB 6/30/81), of Westlake, pled guilty on August 29, 2012, to one count of first-degree residential burglary and one count of false imprisonment. Each count included a special allegation that Graehl personally used a firearm in the commission of the offense.

District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Joe Richard Maldonado (DOB 1-1-83), of Oxnard, was sentenced by Ventura County Superior Court Judge Brian Back to 104 years to life in prison. A jury convicted Maldonado of 43 felony counts of sexual assault involving minors, including multiple victims under the age of 14.

Totten announced today that Ventura County Superior Court Judge Kevin McGee sentenced Kenneth Powell (DOB 6/18/1953), a former resident of Thousand Oaks, to serve 18 years in state prison for his role in a real estate investment fraud scheme.
