VENTURA, California – District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Elsworth Dennis Cadle (DOB 09/08/52), of Moorpark, has been charged with murder for the killing of Mark Milton, also of Moorpark, on January 3, 2020. The complaint also alleges that Cadle personally used a firearm causing death.

District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today the release of a public service announcement (PSA) video warning Hispanic homeowners of foreclosure rescue scams. Such scams often specifically target Hispanic homeowners. District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that a jury found Andre Lamont Ingram (DOB 05/26/86) guilty of four felony counts of second-degree robbery. Ingram was convicted of robbing four gas stations across Ventura County over a two-week period.
