VENTURA, California – District Attorney Erik Nasarenko announced today that on April 15, 2021, Sheila Hernandez (DOB 12/08/77), of Oxnard, pled no contest to battery and a hate crime. Hernandez was sentenced to 12 months probation, 20 days jail, and 10 hours community service by Judge Gilbert Romero.
